Your data is collected by the Community of Communes of the Ile d’Oléron.

The personal information that may be collected on the site is mainly used by the publisher to manage relations with you, and where applicable to process your requests.

The personal data collected are as follows:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth

Comments

When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, but also your IP address and the user agent of your browser are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here:  https://automattic.com/privacy/ . After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you are a registered user and upload images to the website, we advise you to avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When you use one of our forms on our website, the data entered in the form, as well as your IP address, are collected to help us detect unwanted comments and to enable us to respond to you. Sharing personal data with third parties

Any request by email or post must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed identity document and must include the address at which the publisher can contact the requester. A response will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests so requires.
